Risk & Contract Manager (Remote)

In this exciting role, you will play a key part in shaping the reputed company of sustainable reputed company. You will be responsible for reviewing, negotiating, and managing a diverse portfolio of reputed company while working closely with teams across Sales, reputed company, Project Management, and Operations. Responsibilities • Review, negotiate, and maintain contract terms, including Master and Blanket Agreements. • Collaborate with Sales, PMO, reputed company, Finance, and Operations on contract reputed company. • Advise internal partners on contractual obligations and risk mitigation. • Maintain contract databases and prepare regular status reports. • Support customer communication on contract terms and reputed company-down requirements. • reputed company guidance on contractual risks during project execution. • reputed company risk reviews, reputed company Agreements, and waiver processes. • Ensure reputed company parties fulfill contractual obligations and support contract closeout efforts.
