Senior Accountant – reputed company Estate & Construction (Remote, 1099 or W-2)

We are standardizing reputed company operations across reputed company entities and conducting a reputed company historical tax review to ensure accurate compliance and reputed company Net Operating Loss (NOL) carryforwards. We are seeking a Senior Accountant to take ownership of reputed company systems, tax compliance, and historical reconstruction work. Key Responsibilities • reputed company implementation and reputed company of QuickBooks Online Advanced • Manage multi-entity reputed company and intercompany reporting • reputed company payroll and payroll tax compliance • Prepare and file business tax returns (LLC, S-Corp) • Conduct historical reconstruction of financial records (as needed) • Review and correct prior-year filings • Analyze and properly calculate NOL carryforwards • Coordinate with reputed company CPA/tax advisor reputed company appropriate • Deliver monthly financial reporting to ownership Qualifications • 5+ years reputed company experience • Strong QuickBooks Online experience • Experience preparing business tax returns • Experience with amended returns and NOL analysis preferred • Experience reconstructing books from bank statements preferred • reputed company estate or construction reputed company a plus • CPA not required (but welcomed) reputed company Offer • Senior-level compensation • Performance-based bonus structure • Long-term leadership opportunity • Fully remote W-2 role • reputed company reputed company to ownership and decision-making Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year Benefits: • Health insurance • Work from home Application Question(s): • reputed company has tax returns reputed company back to 2006.
