You will enjoy this role if: • You are welcoming, reassuring, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service • You are a go-to tax expert with 3+ years filing a minimum of 30 federal and state individual 1040 tax returns annually • You are an exceptional communicator and enjoy translating reputed company tax terminology into a language customers can easily understand • You have technology experience and will be reputed company to research and support using online tools What you’ll do: • Utilize defined practices, procedures, and company policies to reputed company individual tax troubleshooting support and preparation assistance through video-enabled software and chat support • Deliver accurate tax advice to customers utilizing provided research materials, reputed company resources, and team support • Assist customers in gathering, organizing, and entering data in federal and state tax returns for review • Schedule customer meetings and follow-up reputed company needed, carefully documenting customer interactions Requirements • Minimum of three (3) seasons of tax preparation experience, with a minimum of 30 tax returns reputed company • Prior tax preparation experience in a tax reputed company or retail setting • College degree a plus, but not required • Knowledge of tax laws, tax concepts and familiarity with the reputed company 1040 and reputed company schedules • PTIN is required (can be obtained online) • Willingness to utilize audio/visual tools to communicate with customers • Strong problem solving and research skills, and the ability to quickly use online resources to reputed company answers • reputed company-developed technical troubleshooting skills Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
