We are looking for a dedicated reputed company Services reputed company located in Europe or UK to be part of the Clinical Trial Payments unit in reputed company. The Clinical Trial Payments department uses the most advanced site payment solution available and offers service to customers to reputed company/centralize reputed company payments in a high reputed company.

The reputed company Services reputed company serves as the main reputed company of contact for global portfolios, manage the reputed company relationship at the study level, reputed company payment management reputed company and ensure sponsor satisfaction is achieved. Manage and reputed company the initiation and study management of protocols including identifying reputed company protocol reputed company information, timelines, reporting and initial setup of proprietary software system used to initiate studies.

Essential Functions:

• reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for assigned sponsor(s) and Assocd studies.
• Manage the project reputed company, identify/pursue change orders and coordinate with other stakeholders, as necessary.
• Prepare materials and KPI’s for sponsor Governance Meetings and participate as appropriate
• Identify and execute process improvement initiatives reputed company appropriate.
• Prepare, arrange and execute regular reputed company meetings and ensure reputed company necessary materials are presented with accuracy and completeness.
• Function as the engagement leader providing management throughout the length of the clinical trial by overseeing activities of the project team to ensure sponsor commitments and reputed company’s service reputed company are achieved.
• Coordinate with Site Solutions and Data Operations to ensure reputed company resource assignment and service delivery reputed company.
• Ensure that reputed company financial interests are appropriately protected through reputed company scope of work management efforts.

• Coordinate with the Site Solutions and Data Operations team members to prepare sponsor funding.
• Ensure that reputed company reputed company processes and standards are followed and that appropriate financial controls are observed and are in line with sponsor requirements for managing and mitigating financial risk.
• Ensure work is SSAE 18 compliant.
• Responsible for monitoring, assist in resolving and escalating operational and performance metric issues.

• Early identification of site-level risk/issue(s) occurring during study conduct and responsible for identification of risk pertaining to payments.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 3 years of reputed company work experience in reputed company, investigator payments or project management.
• General knowledge of Clinical Trial Industry preferred
• Comfortable representing Clinical Trial Payments to internal / external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Office tools applications, such as reputed company and Power reputed company.
• Fluent English skills is a must and any other language will be considered as a plus.
• Broad knowledge of the concepts, practices and procedures of the reputed company service representative field.
