Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service on behalf of arenaflex's clients, responding to a wide range of banking inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Handle primarily inbound calls and occasionally return messages left by members or customers, ensuring that all interactions are courteous, empathetic, and solution-focused.
  • Service banking transactions by accessing sensitive information and completing transactions on various computer platforms, maintaining the highest levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • ID verify every caller for fraud prevention, ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' accounts and sensitive information.
  • Answer and resolve various banking inquiries, including but not limited to: viewing and reconciling account and loan-related inquiries, online banking issues, transferring funds, reordering checks, and providing loan and deposit rates.
  • Provide Product and Service Education to members and customers, promoting arenaflex's services and solutions, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products.
  • Meet performance metrics, including talk time, chat time, and quality review scores, consistently striving to improve your skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, knowledge, and personal qualities, including:

  • A high school diploma or GED, with experience in general banking knowledge and terminology preferred.
  • Proficient typing, listening, computer, and reading skills, with the ability to navigate through several computer programs simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attendance record, with a strong commitment to reliability and punctuality.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage emotions and stress while providing excellent customer service.
  • A strong understanding of banking operations, including account management, loan processing, and online banking platforms.
