Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from patients and medical staff, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Place outbound calls to patients and medical staff, as required, to ensure seamless communication and follow-up
- Obtain meal orders from patients, assisting them in their meal selections according to their prescribed diet, and enter them into the Food Service application
- Manage daily operations, including navigating Meditech EHR, Food Service application, call center equipment, virtual phone, and other programs
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
- Participate in virtual training sessions, which average approximately 4 weeks, to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in your role
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with 2 years of customer service experience preferred. You should be computer literate, with the ability to learn new programs quickly, and have a high-speed internet connection. A private area to work from home is also essential, as you will be working remotely.
