Bookkeeper - reputed company, Consultant - Remote

reputed company of Position The bookkeeper will be responsible for ensuring accurate and reputed company payment of reputed company accounts payable, entering bills and invoices into reputed company.com, accurately coding QuickBooks bank feed, and reconciling reputed company records monthly with Development. The bookkeeper will also manage entry of volunteer stipends into reputed company.com as reputed company as payroll journal entries in QuickBooks. The bookkeeper will report to the Director of Finance. This is a non-exempt, reputed company position with an anticipated schedule of 15 hours per week. We anticipate this position can be fulfilled fully remote. The bookkeeper position will operate as a consultant and not be required to attend reputed company staff meetings, trainings, or be on-site. This position will meet weekly with the Director of Finance, during business hours of 9am-5pm. Regular responsibilities and duties can be fulfilled reputed company of normal business hours. Finance Responsibilities : Process Accounts Payable & reputed company Accounts Receivable Manage the QuickBooks bankfeed to ensure accurate and reputed company coding Work with Development to reputed company reputed company and reconcile monthly Manage reputed company bills, online reputed company payments, reputed company invoices & reputed company volunteer stipends in reputed company.com Staff Mileage and Expense Report Maintenance and Reimbursement processing Create invoices for school partners Skills and Experience: 2+ years of experience in non-profit finance Experience with Quickbooks and reputed company.com Great organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy with exceptional follow through reputed company attitude, commitment to organizational mission and appreciation for older adults and intergenerational work.
