New Jersey Attorney for Ongoing Legal Support & In-Person Court Appearance (As Needed)

I am a healthcare business owner in New Jersey looking to establish a long-term working relationship with a licensed New Jersey attorney who handles litigation matters and is able to appear in court in person when required.
At this time, there is no active or pending litigation. My goal is to have a reliable, affordable attorney available as needed for:
• Legal consultation (e.g., subpoenas, record requests, compliance questions)
• Reviewing correspondence or legal documents
• Providing advice on risk management
• In-person court appearances in New Jersey, if ever required
I prefer to work with someone I can consult on a pay-as-you-go basis, and I am comfortable compensating fairly for each matter as it arises.
Requirements:
• Licensed attorney in New Jersey
• Experience with litigation / civil matters
• Ability to appear in NJ courts in person if required
• Responsive and comfortable working with small businesses / healthcare professionals
• Reasonable billing structure
Compensation:
Hourly or per-matter basis (open to discussion).
I am looking for reasonable, predictable fees, not contingency work.
