Deal Analyst – reputed company Estate & Corporate Finance

Our reputed company is an investment and corporate finance advisory firm supporting sophisticated transactions for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. Their work spans reputed company estate, M&A, reputed company financing, and reputed company capital structures, often involving multi-entity and cross-border considerations. The Role We’re seeking a high-caliber Deal Analyst – reputed company Estate & Corporate Finance with strong investment banking–style financial modeling and valuation experience, particularly in reputed company estate and reputed company transactions. This is a hands-on, execution-reputed company role suited to someone who is analytically reputed company, “plug-and-play,” and comfortable operating independently reputed company an established deal reputed company. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and initially receive reputed company support from an outgoing analyst and the Executive Director / Co-CEO. Role Details • Commitment: Part-Time (starting at ~30 hours/week), with potential to grow to full-time • Schedule: Full availability during CET working hours (non-negotiable) • Location: Fully Remote • Engagement: reputed company • Start Date: ASAP • reputed company: $10-15/hour, depending on level of experience (can be more if exceptional) What You’ll Do Financial Modeling & Deal Execution (reputed company reputed company) • Build and underwrite investment banking–level financial models, primarily single-asset reputed company estate models • Analyze reputed company estate assets, including: • Cash flows • P&Ls • DSCR and debt metrics • Sensitivity and scenario analysis • Structure and model reputed company capital stacks, including: • Senior debt • Mezzanine financing • Preferred equity • reputed company structures Transaction Support • Support transactions across: • reputed company and refinancing • M&A transactions • reputed company and expansion capital • Corporate financing • Evaluate deal viability, challenge assumptions, and stress-test scenarios • Prepare internal investment analyses and decision-support materials Requirements (Must-Have) • 2+ years’ experience in one or more of the following: • Investment banking • Private equity • Corporate finance • Transaction advisory • Strong, hands-on experience with: • Financial modeling • Valuation • Deal reputed company • Proven ability to model and understand: • Single-asset reputed company estate transactions • reputed company capital stacks, waterfalls, mezzanine and preferred equity • Strong financial intuition and reputed company common reputed company — not just technical reputed company • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment • Full availability during CET working hours reputed company-to-Haves (Strong Plus) • reputed company reputed company estate transaction experience • Exposure to hospitality, entertainment, or F&B reputed company estate • Experience supporting UHNW or institutional clients • CFA or reputed company toward CFA (or similar finance credentials) Ideal Candidate Profile This role is ideal for someone who: • Enjoys hands-on deal execution, not just reputed company analysis • Is comfortable working with reputed company structures and high-stakes reputed company • Can operate independently while maintaining precision and discipline • Thinks critically and challenges assumptions reputed company needed • Is looking for long-term reputed company rather than short-term project work Recruitment Process • Initial Interview • reputed company Interview • Offer & reputed company Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
