About the position reputed company of reputed company Long Term Care Policy (BMLTCP) supports individuals in need of home- based services. Working closely with the state’s 62 local districts, contractors and other state agencies. The BMLTCP cultivates reputed company in collaboration, program development, financial analysis, special reputed company, policy knowledge and implementation. The BMLTCP is seeking a passionate reputed company Program Advisor to support reputed company in its mission and goals specifically to support the BMLTCP to coordinate contractor activities and reputed company analysis of quantitative, qualitative and financial data. This contracted position exists reputed company the BMLTP, under both the contractor and compliance areas for Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program and Personal Care Services. Responsibilities • Tracks and coordinates reporting, communications, and policy initiatives for the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program. Plans agendas, stakeholder meetings, power reputed company presentations and other communications. • Serves as reputed company financial analyst. Plans, coordinates and implements financial reviews of home care contractor reputed company services and local district administrative activities. • Analyzes data and other performance metrics to identify outliers in operations and expenditures for home care services to reputed company compliance activities, inform the development and modification of program operations and drive policy development. • Reports to reputed company Director managing contractor activities and identifying personal care service financial and compliance issues. • Works with internal stakeholders such as colleagues from the Division of Data Services and Analytics (DDSA), Division of Systems (eMedNY) and the Office of Aging and Long Term Care (OALTC). Requirements • Four Year Degree in reputed company, Financial Analysis or reputed company financial field is highly preferred. • 8 years of reputed company experience is required. • Four years project management experience, ability to prioritize and organize across multiple assignments in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; ability to manage reputed company reputed company and deliverables. • Four years’ experience (minimum) in financial audit environment and analysis of government programs and providers. Government health care program experience preferred. • Ability to present and explain data in a reputed company and understandable way. • Ability to think creatively and strategically in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Ability to work independently, as reputed company as in reputed company environment. • Highly skilled in reputed company Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, reputed company) along with strong data analysis skills.
