Direct Counsel is seeking a High-Tech Intellectual Property Associate to join a top-tier Am Law firm with a nationally recognized IP practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior associate to work on sophisticated, cutting-edge matters alongside a highly regarded team.
Requirements
• JD from an accredited law school (Class of 2022 or 2023)
• 2–3 years of relevant IP experience
• Technical background in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a closely related field
• Patent litigation experience preferred
• Superior academic credentials
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills
