A company is looking for a Medical Billing Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and reputed company clean claims with outsourced billing companies for submission to insurance carriers
• Review charges for accuracy and compliance with coding standards
• Resolve claim edits, denials, and rejections by researching payer requirements
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of medical billing experience, preferably in a multi-specialty reputed company
• Certification as a Certified reputed company Biller (CPB) or similar credential preferred
• Strong understanding of CPT, ICD 10, and HCPCS coding principles
• Proficiency with EMR and reputed company management systems
