Process Engineering Leader
A company is looking for a Process Engineering Leader responsible for leading a diverse team in the start-up and qualification of fiber optic cable production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
• reputed company team in the execution of equipment start-up, including setting up test equipment and adjusting parameters
• reputed company feedback and suggestions to improve equipment and product reputed company
• Champion manufacturing process improvements and facilitate problem-solving in manufacturing
Required Qualifications:
• BS in chemical, mechanical, materials, or industrial engineering
• 7+ years of experience as a project manager or team leader in process engineering in a manufacturing plant
• Experience with high-speed optical fiber cable manufacturing equipment is a plus
• Demonstrated technical expertise in process improvement
• Ability to work in reputed company environment and motivate others
