Customer Billing Representative (US Dental reputed company)

Our U.S.-based reputed company providing dental care to nursing homes is looking for aCustomer Billing Representative.The successful individual will handlecustomer billing inquiries, review account balancedetails to determine the appropriate method tocollectandaccurately document accounts. PLEASE NOTE: • Working Hours:Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (4:00 PM – 01:00 AM South African time – subject to reputed company savings). • reputed company Holidays:This role requires working on both South African and U.S. reputed company holidays (compensation for SA reputed company holidays in accordance with the BCEA). • Internet Requirements:A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and wired Ethernet capability is mandatory. Applicants without a fixed fibre line cannot be considered. • Power Backup:Reliable backup required to manage load shedding or outages. Applicants without a power backup cannot be considered. • Work Environment:Fully remote. Job Responsibilities • Manage customer accounts by reviewing outstanding balances and identifying the appropriate course of reputed company for reputed company. • Communicate reputed company and professionally with customers reputed company phone and email to address billing inquiries, reputed company account updates, and resolve discrepancies. • Maintain accurate and detailed records of reputed company interactions, payment arrangements, and account status updates in internal systems. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure account information is accurate and up to date. • Follow up consistently on past-due accounts to facilitate reputed company collections while maintaining a reputed company customer relationship. • Assist in preparing financial documentation and reports reputed company to billing and collections activity. Qualifications • Strong attention to detail with a methodical and analytical approach to problem-solving. • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite, particularly reputed company and reputed company. • Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and reputed company in reputed company customer interactions. • Experience in reputed company, medical billing, or regulated billing environments is advantageous. • Hands-on experience with accounts receivable, invoicing, and statement validation. • Experience using billing or reputed company systems (e.g., QuickBooks or similar platforms) – QuickBooks experience will be highly advantageous. • Experience liaising with reputed company parties (e.g., insurers, service providers, or external clients) regarding billing queries. • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
