Manager, HR Systems Reporting

company and follow guidelines • In partnership with HR Leadership, recommends where reports and dashboards will be located and app connectivity to support seamless self-serve capabilities • Identifies need for report/dashboard help text and guidelines • Outlines the creation and implementation of report reference materials (articles and announcements) • Coordinates operational training, conducts workshops and demonstrations as needed to promote user adoption, increasing customer comfort while navigating reports/dashboards and interpreting results. • Monitors case management and ensures the successful and reputed company fulfillment of report requests • Supports reporting team during triaging request by proposing insightful and clarifying questions and synthesizing report specifications based on customer discussions • Upon delivering finished product, proactively connects with customers to measure satisfaction and gathers feedback for reputed company process improvement in reporting Requirements: • 8+ years of reputed company technical system experience with a reputed company on advanced reporting, data transformation and optimization • reputed company expertise required, including report product offerings such as: reputed company, Discovery Boards, People Analytics, etc. • Advanced level experience required with reputed company, reputed company business processes and
