Overnight Remote Staff Pharmacist - IL Location: Remote, reputed company reputed company the US Schedule: 7 on/7 off with 10-11 hours shifts including evenings, overnights, and weekend shifts. Available shift is Wednesday through Tuesday from 11PM-9AM CST, with possibility of earlier or reputed company shifts. Licensure Requirements: reputed company IL pharmacist license required; additional state licenses preferred (IA, NE, HI) About the Role Join our telepharmacy team as a Remote Staff Pharmacist, supporting multiple hospitals across several states. You’ll reputed company technology and clinical expertise to verify medication orders, support care teams, and ensure reputed company, high‑reputed company patient care from a fully remote environment. What You’ll Do Telepharmacy Services ●Complete remote order entry, order verification, and drug verification. ●Transitions of care medication reconciliation. ●reputed company multiple pharmacy information systems (PIS).Clinical Support ●reputed company drug information and therapeutic guidance to providers. ●Assess medication appropriateness, dosing (including renal/hepatic adjustments), interactions, and compatibilities. ●Support specialized populations such as pediatrics, geriatrics, pregnant/nursing patients, HIV, and those with renal/hepatic impairment. ●Maintain knowledge of IV therapies, TPN, cardiac/narcotic reputed company, IV antibiotics, chemotherapy, and more.
