About the position
We are hiring a Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist to work hybrid out of our Andover, MA office.
Responsibilities include a full understanding of the organization requirements and full-cycle recruitment for positions at all levels. Plans and directs strategic recruitment initiatives for the organization. A full cycle Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist maintains lines to HR management and the respective hiring managers, keeping them update on progress of all ongoing recruitment processes. The Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist will run the end-to end recruitment process for all open positions, including direct sourcing in our efforts to get the right people for the future of our business.
Providing end to end service and partnership, you will develop excellent relationships with internal stakeholders, manage the full recruitment life cycle and be truly driven to direct source and present diverse slates of candidates. Must be methodical, and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple assignments at once including open req load of 20-25 positions

Manage all talent acquisition candidate tools including applicant tracking system and influencing content on Draeger US Career Site to support attraction and selection.
Work within our Applicant Tracking System to recruiting activities in compliance with OFCCP guidelines and regulations. Extensive experience in direct sourcing methods across a variety of channels including job boards, social media and headhunting. LinkedIn expert an advantage.
Communicate with applicants and hiring manager during the process from beginning to end to select candidates. Conducting strategy calls or scoping sessions with stakeholders and managers. Strong and clear communicator with an ability to influence and engage internal stakeholders and candidates at a variety of levels and job functions.
Communicate and prep candidates through the offer process to onboarding. Prepares offer templates for approval and the process to new hire onboarding.
Performs other duties as needed and assigned.

Requirements
• 5+ years’ experience recruiting, with experience in direct sourcing, internet/social media sourcing and employment branding
• Expert knowledge of recruitment practices, assessments and evaluation
• Extensive experience in direct sourcing methods across a variety of channels including job boards, social media and headhunting. LinkedIn expert an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and decision-making skills
• Strong organization skills and system skills
• Self-starter, self-motivated and able to work effectively in a fast paced, high pressure environment
• Strong and clear communicator with an ability to influence and engage internal stakeholders and candidates at a variety of levels and job functions.
• Ability to travel up to 5-10% of the time
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with varying amounts of individual responsibilities, conflict resolution, redirected priorities, etc.
