We need help determining the right type of trademark and filing it for us. Our reputed company is protecting the product reputed company itself so others cannot use the reputed company or confusingly similar names. The product is already being sold online and will expand to reputed company reputed company this year. US protection only.
Scope includes a clearance search, guidance on trademark strength, and filing a single application with the strongest protection possible given a startup budget.
