Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers daily, and providing fast and friendly service to ensure their needs are met. You will work in a fast-paced environment, greeting customers, running the register, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes working with our food program. Your role will be diverse, and you will have the opportunity to work in various areas of the store, both inside and out, to maintain our high standards for store appearance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide exceptional customer care
  • Run the register, process transactions, and handle customer payments
  • Make purchase suggestions and promote products to customers
  • Work with our food program and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain the store's appearance, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked
  • Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance
  • Interact with customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with the team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve sales goals

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a register
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Retail and customer service experience
  • Sales associate or cashiering experience
  • Experience working in a team environment and achieving sales goals
  • Motivation to advance in your career and willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex
