Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Consultant, Global Equity, to support our equity compensation initiatives through essential data entry and analysis tasks. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational compliance, managing equity awards, and providing stakeholder support. This is a full-time, remote opportunity, offering a competitive salary of $25 per hour and the chance to work with a global leader in a flexible and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit & Compliance: Perform daily, weekly, and monthly data audits to ensure operational compliance of long-term incentive and equity compensation plans. Review and process transactions related to Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and equity buy plans.
- Transaction & Reporting: Manage the processing of equity awards, including stock option exercises and releases. Produce ad-hoc analytics and reporting to support ongoing operations. Maintain and update equity administration processes and documentation.
- Stakeholder Support: Research, track, and respond to inquiries from plan participants, HR partners, and other stakeholders. Assist in the enrollment and management of equity plan activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Learn and quickly adapt to new tools, systems, and methodologies, particularly within HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday). Convert data findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Educational Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience is required, but at least 1 year of experience in areas such as equity plan administration, payroll, tax, or accounting is a plus. Familiarity with various equity plan products (stock options, PSUs, RSUs, and equity buy plans) is beneficial.
