**Experienced Customer Success Manager – Film Distribution and Streaming Services**

As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving the acquisition of new titles, growing subscription revenue, and delivering an exceptional experience for our clients. You'll be the face of arenaflex, building strong relationships with our content providers, from first-time filmmakers to industry leaders, and ensuring they have the support and resources they need to succeed.

**What's the Opportunity?**
As a Customer Success Manager at arenaflex, you'll have the chance to work with a diverse range of clients, each with their unique perspective and understanding of the distribution space. You'll be responsible for establishing a book of business for new clients, driving the acquisition of titles, upselling subscriptions, and providing ongoing client support. With a high volume of clients to manage, you'll need to be organized, empathetic, and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Drive the acquisition of new titles and grow subscription revenue through targeted engagement campaigns, ongoing support, and education and sales initiatives.
* Build a deep understanding of arenaflex services, processes, and technology, as well as client persona types, expectations, challenges, and knowledge levels.
* Develop a book of business from a high volume of inbound clients, with the freedom to bring in outbound leads.
* Engage and support clients through a high volume of emails, meetings, and tickets per week.
* Identify, improve, and share internal and external resources to streamline processes and enable the acquisition of titles and mitigate support needs.
* Become a Filmhub Brand Ambassador, providing product demonstrations and education through individual and group presentations.
* Comfortably and confidently upsell clients into our Distribution Plus and Pro relationship levels, driving subscription revenue and providing elevated services.
**What Skills Do I Need?**
* Time Management: Consistently manage a high volume of activity without getting overwhelmed.
* Empathy: Understand and empathize with clients' concerns and challenges to build trust and strong relationships.
* Metrics Obsessed: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
* Problem-solving: Identify issues and find creative solutions to meet client needs and expectations.
* Product Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of arenaflex's technology and services to effectively address client inquiries and provide guidance.
* Adaptability: Adapt to changing circumstances, such as new client requirements or product updates.
* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and convey solutions clearly.
**Technical Skills**
* Data Analysis: Basic proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., PopSQL, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets). If you're not versed in SQL, we'll teach you!
* CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Systems: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk). We use HubSpot.
