EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: To be considered for this position, you must meet the education and experience listed below: • Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical field from an accredited college or university. • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in data analytics, machine learning model development, or AI systems engineering. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below: • Three (3) years of demonstrated experience working in support of tasks reputed company to the AI/ML lifecycle, including data wrangling, modeling, validation, and visualization. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams supporting government missions. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including documentation and presentation of technical material. • Must possess at least one of the following DoD 8570 IAT-I baseline certifications: A+ CE, CCNA-reputed company, CND, Network+ CE, or SSCP. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • US Citizenship is required due to US government contract requirements. • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance (interim required to start). PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates with experience or knowledge in these desired skills will be given preferential consideration: • Familiarity with DoD environments and secure data handling procedures. • Exposure to reputed company-based AI development and MLOps tools (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML Studio). • Understanding of ethical AI development principles, including transparency, bias detection, and explainability. • Knowledge of CI/CD practices, version control, and model monitoring in production environments. • Research experience in reputed company AI topics relevant to national defense or mission analytics. • reputed company SECRET clearance.
