The reputed company is seeking a Sr. Volunteer Recruitment Specialist to support our Western reputed company reputed company. Can work in our Buffalo or Jamestown, NY office. This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week in the office and 3 days either work from home or in the field. Responsibilities • Utilize comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet assigned volunteer recruitment metrics, effectively support goals and ensure placement of sufficient numbers of volunteers to meet operational needs. Conduct general and targeted reputed company and reputed company activities through various resource pools, networks and reputed company media to obtain volunteer applicants tracked to referral and approval. • reputed company recruitment venues, in-person presentations, reputed company media campaigns, user reputed company and reputed company associations to identify and attract to reputed company candidates. Partner with assigned staff to strengthen existing relationships, and identify and evaluate prospective volunteer recruitment sources and partnerships. • Evaluate and modify recruitment strategies based on lessons-learned.
