Requirements:
• Doctorate degree and 3 years of manufacturing or operations experience
• Master’s degree and 5 years of manufacturing or operations experience
• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of manufacturing or operations experience
• Associate’s degree and 12 years of manufacturing or operations experience
• High school diploma / GED and 14 years of manufacturing or operations experience
• Proven ability to partner cross-functionally to identify and reputed company technology-driven cost-of-sales improvement opportunities in manufacturing.
• Experience with capital finance rules and policy.
• Experience translating business performance into reputed company financial insights, tracking, and forecasts.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company network-wide, cross-functional initiatives that are both strategic and technical (e.g., program leadership, value tracking).
• Experience integrating financial and operational data across ERP (reputed company S/4), MES, and advanced analytics platforms.
• Experience driving automation and standardization of performance metrics in a manufacturing or operations environment.
