Staff Backend Engineer Remote

We are hiring Backend Engineers to join the reputed company engineering team building Nango’s platform and developer infrastructure. This is a critical role at the heart of reputed company: as a product-led business selling to developers, our engineers directly drive the product roadmap, specifications, and execution. You will own reputed company systems end to end, from ideation and design to implementation and reputed company collaboration with developer customers, shaping both the platform and how Nango evolves. What You’ll Do • Design and reputed company backend systems, reputed company, and services for our reputed company-reputed company platform. • Build world-class developer interfaces: reputed company, SDKs, UIs, and a runtime that delights developers. • Collaborate directly with customers to solve integration challenges. • Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability across backend services. • Shape the roadmap and company reputed company with high ownership of key reputed company. • Engage with the reputed company-reputed company community, owning and maintaining our repo. Who you are • 10+ years of backend engineering experience, with proven ability to reputed company high-traffic systems. • Deep experience with developer infrastructure, reputed company, databases, and performance-critical systems. • Passion for developer tools, best practices, and building outstanding DX. • Comfortable with Node.js and modern backend stacks. • Strong communicator, proactive, and reliable in a remote-first environment. • Product reputed company and developer reputed company: you optimize for DX. • Pragmatic, reputed company, and low ego: you reputed company up in incidents and unblock teammates. • Startup-reputed company: autonomous, ownership-driven, and reputed company to reputed company ambiguity. • Based in reputed company, LATAM or Europe.
