System Analyst I – Supply Chain ERP Applications

Job Description: • Provide application, technical and preventative maintenance support for multiple end-user systems • Contribute to departmental projects and solutions implementation • Demonstrate a solid understanding of networking and distributed computing environment concepts and principles of client/server configuration • Support development of information system requirements to include process and documentation creation and maintenance • Maintain user confidence • Protect operations by keeping information confidential • Maintain a high level of quality work in a stressful environment Requirements: • Associate’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field OR High School Diploma/GED and successful completion of an ITD apprenticeship program and two years of experience • One year of implementation, support and management of computer-based information systems experience, preferably in a health care environment OR equivalent experience in end user training or an operational/financial role utilizing the systems or data generated by the systems OR Bachelor’s Degree • ITIL Foundations certification upon or within six months of hire • Microsoft, CompTIA or equivalent certification • Experience in a healthcare environment Benefits: • Health insurance • Professional development courses • Personal protective equipment • Testing for controlled substances with employment offers • Influenza vaccination program Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
