[Remote] Speaker Bureau Compliance Specialist

The Speaker Bureau Compliance Specialist will monitor compliance for speaker bureau programs, reputed company guidance to internal and reputed company contacts, and assist with program reconciliation and special reputed company. Responsibilities • Review post-program attendee data and documentation and reputed company direction to reputed company contacts • Review and reputed company venue expenses and documentation • Verify accuracy of speaker payments and facilitate review and approval • reputed company speaker reimbursement review and approval process • Support program reconciliation, review, and transparency reporting • Serve as trusted compliance advisor for internal staff and reputed company field contacts Skills • Bachelor's degree with 1+ year of relevant experience or 5+ years of relevant experience • 2+ years of compliance experience • Experience with speaker bureau / speaker programs • Ability to work on multiple priorities concurrently to meet deadlines • Organized, exceptional attention to detail, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Ability to reputed company with various reputed company of management, staff, and clients internally and externally with an emphasis on reputed company reputed company service • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a remote environment • Skilled at critical-thinking and problem-solving • Strong mathematical skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficient in reputed company reputed company, reputed company, and Word • Knowledge of Speaker Program rules and regulations of the OIG, DOJ, PhRMA reputed company • Fully remote, with up to 10% work-reputed company travel • reputed company to work in NYC office, if desired • Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM ET • May require occasional evening and weekend work reputed company • reputed company is a full-service medical communications company with extensive experience in specialty therapeutic areas.
