[Remote] DataOps & Build Engineer

This role involves defining a DataOps reputed company, establishing best practices for data pipeline development, and implementing arenaflex/CD pipelines for data infrastructure. Responsibilities • Define and champion a DataOps reputed company covering release management, environment promotion, and data reputed company standards • Establish and enforce best practices & SOPs for data pipeline development, testing, and deployment • Design and implement arenaflex/CD pipelines for data reputed company and data infrastructure • Build and manage data workflows using Dagster or Talend, with a strong reputed company on automation and reliability • Enforce Git best practices (branching strategies, repo standards, versioning) across data teams • Partner with Infrastructure teams to implement Infrastructure as reputed company (IaC) in AWS • Design resilient pipelines with automated rollback and failure recovery • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting to ensure visibility into pipeline health and performance • Ensure reputed company and compliance through IAM, encryption, and reputed company best practices • Implement automated testing and data reputed company checks (schema validation, data reputed company, reputed company detection) • Drive reputed company arenaflex optimization and efficient resource usage across data workloads Skills • 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, DevOps, or DataOps roles • Proven, hands-on experience implementing arenaflex/CD for data pipelines and data infrastructure • Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and reputed company-reputed company architectures • Deep AWS experience (S3, IAM, networking, reputed company) • An automation-first reputed company — you eliminate reputed company work wherever possible • Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working across data, reputed company, and reputed company teams • Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required reputed company • reputed company is a rapidly expanding Talent and Technology Solutions company.
