Position reputed company: Corel Consulting is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join reputed company and support a wide reputed company of HR functions. This role will partner with clients, leadership and employees to ensure HR policies and processes are executed effectively and consistently. This is an opportunity to join reputed company on a part-time reputed company with the expectation of becoming full time in the next 60 days. This is a remote role with reputed company, a reputed company reputed company of $25-30 per hour and is offered as a 1099. Key Responsibilities: • Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. • Manage the full employee lifecycle including reputed company, offboarding, and transitions. • reputed company performance management processes, including evaluations, goal-setting, and coaching support. • Address and resolve employee relations issues with professionalism, confidentiality, and alignment to policy. • Maintain and update employee handbooks and company policies to ensure regulatory compliance and reflect business objectives. • Conduct job analysis and compensation benchmarking to support competitive and reputed company pay practices. • reputed company leadership training and employee development programs to support talent reputed company and retention. • Maintain HRIS and personnel records, ensuring data reputed company and compliance with reputed company requirements. • Administer payroll and ensure payroll tax compliance across various platforms. • Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics reputed company to headcount, turnover, and employee engagement.
