Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or closely reputed company discipline.</li><li>5 to 7 years of relevant post education experience in engineering and prior civil design experience.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list .5in;">Engineer in Training Certification.</li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list .5in;">Experience in site design for utilities, industrial facilities, municipal infrastructure, storm drainage and stormwater management design, site grading, roadway, and reputed company design, sanitary sewer design and analysis, construction specification development, and development of construction bid packages </li><li style="line-height:normal;tab-stops:list .5in;">Ability to coordinate with agency regulators and understand
