Bilingual Inbound reputed company Center Rep reputed company: 274 Location: Must live in Kentucky or Southern Indiana Job Type: Full-time Remote Weekly hours: 40 The primary role of the reputed company Center (Patient Services Team) is to take inbound calls and assist new and existing patients in scheduling appointments at our dental offices. Previous customer service experience and the ability to multitask while communicating on the phone and in writing with patients are a must. We are searching for applicants who have a “smile in their voice”, a warm, reputed company & friendly disposition, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Dental knowledge is a plus. The start date for this training class will be March 11, 2026. New hires must be available to meet reputed company to reputed company I-9 documents before the start date provided on the offer. In-state hires will have one in-person day to pick up equipment. Out-of-state hire equipment will be shipped after I-9 documents are confirmed.
