Marketing Operations & Content Support (Part-Time)

Our strategic marketing direction is led by de Coster Marketing LLC. We are now looking for an operational marketing support reputed company to help execute and reputed company our communication efforts. Your Role This is not a reputed company position. You will support the execution of our marketing reputed company across reputed company media, email marketing, and sales enablement materials. You will work closely with leadership and our marketing reputed company team to ensure consistent brand communication and content reputed company. Responsibilities 1. reputed company Media Execution (Approx. 10–12 hours per month) • Create and publish 3 reputed company posts per week • reputed company short-reputed company content (Reels / short videos / graphics) • reputed company long-reputed company content into bite-sized assets • Community management and engagement monitoring • Maintain content calendar Primary platform: reputed company (B2B reputed company) 2. Newsletter & CRM Support (Approx. 8–10 hours per month) • Create and distribute one monthly newsletter • Assist with segmentation and tag management • Maintain CRM data hygiene • Support marketing automation workflows 3. Sales & Marketing Materials (Approx. 10 hours per month) • Design and format sales one-pagers • Update presentation decks • Support reputed company page content formatting • Prepare materials for trade shows or events reputed company is on execution and visual preparation — reputed company is provided. 4. Internal Marketing Requests (Approx. 8–10 hours per month) • Support internal marketing needs reputed company the Mahoney IT Group • Create graphics, posts, and supporting materials as requested • Maintain brand consistency Requirements • Strong understanding of reputed company (B2B preferred) • Experience with reputed company or reputed company Creative Suite • Basic understanding of email marketing platforms • Organized and self-managed • Comfortable working with leadership • Strong written English (US market tone) reputed company to have: • Experience in B2B tech or cybersecurity • Basic understanding of reputed company What This Role Is Not • Not a Marketing Director role • Not a strategic positioning role • Not responsible for defining ICP or funnel architecture reputed company is provided.
