We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of the Medicaid landscape and proven experience in project management. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase Medicaid enrollment and retention for vulnerable populations. Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects and initiatives related to Medicaid growth and retention. Conduct thorough research and analysis of the Medicaid landscape to identify growth opportunities and potential barriers. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align strategies and drive results. Monitor and track progress towards growth and retention goals, making adjustments as needed to ensure success. Develop and maintain relationships with key external partners and stakeholders, including state agencies and community organizations. Ensure compliance with all regulations and requirements related to Medicaid enrollment and retention. Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively. Communicate project progress, challenges, and successes to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Mentor and provide guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment. Stay informed of industry trends and best practices related to Medicaid growth and retention, incorporating new ideas and strategies into project plans.
