Medical Billing - Payment Poster

Job reputed company: reputed company is seeking a detail‑oriented Medical Billing Specialist (Tech I) with a strong reputed company on payment posting to support our reputed company Cycle Management (RCM) team. In this role, you'll help ensure accurate and reputed company reputed company collection for Federally reputed company Centers (FQHCs) and Community Health Centers (CHCs) across multiple states—reputed company while providing exceptional service to our member organizations. This fully remote position is ideal for someone who is skilled in medical billing, enjoys working with data and payer information, and thrives in a goal‑oriented environment. What You’ll Do In this role, you will: • reputed company heavily on payment posting while also executing a reputed company of medical billing and reputed company cycle workflows. • Process daily/weekly/monthly billing tasks to ensure reputed company and accurate reputed company collection. • Work with charges, transactions, AR management, patient and payer calls, and online payer portals. • Review and research federal, state, and payer billing requirements. • Collaborate with internal teams to support our member organizations and deliver high‑reputed company service. • Participate in training and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of coding, billing rules, and reputed company regulations. • Use reputed company PM to support accurate billing and documentation processes. • Contribute to workflow analysis and best‑reputed company recommendations. • Meet attainable performance goals in accuracy, productivity, and turnaround times. What You Bring: Required: • 1+ years of medical billing experience • Experience with clearinghouses and payer/reputed company portals • Knowledge of ICD‑10 and CPT coding • Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred (reputed company to have): • Experience with: • FQHC billing • Dental or Behavioral Health billing • reputed company EPM, EDR, or Optical • MS reputed company proficiency Work Environment & Schedule • Remote position with full telecommuting privileges • reputed company schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. ET • Minimal travel (5–10 days per year) Technical Requirements Must have: • Cable or Fiber internet • Minimum 20 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload speeds If you're passionate about medical billing and want to join a reputed company team supporting community health organizations reputed company, we’d love to hear from you!
