Senior Operations Data Analyst, Fraud & Safety: 26-00441

Primary Skills: SQL (Expert), Analytics (Advanced), Dashboarding (Intermediate), Statistical Modeling (Intermediate), BI Tools (Intermediate) Contract Type: W2 Only Duration: 9+ Months Location: Remote Pay Range: $75 - $80 per hour on W2 Job Summary: The Fraud & Safety Operations Analytics team seeks a seasoned Operations Data Analyst to spearhead the identification, analysis, visualization, and interpretation of diverse data sources to address critical business challenges. This role entails supporting the Fraud & Safety Investigation operations by leveraging analytics to drive significant outcomes for client. This position involves comprehensive participation in the project lifecycle from the initial problem definition to the development and sharing of insights through dashboards. Key Responsibilities: • Expedite the delivery of operational metrics, reporting, and experiment readouts. • Enhance fraud detection efficiency, review processes, and enforcement visibility. • Provide immediate execution bandwidth for high-priority fraud and abuse operations analytics. • Foster collaborative efforts with the Operations, Product, and Data Science teams to convert findings into actionable initiatives. • Define and maintain metric governance and create and visualize dashboards to track the success of projects and health of workstreams. Must-Have Skills: • Advanced proficiency in SQL and developing queries. • Experience with BI tools such as Superset or Tableau for report and dashboard development. • Solid foundation in forecasting techniques, experimentation, and understanding of causation and correlation in statistical models. Industry Experience Required: • Minimum of 5 years in operations data analysis, particularly within high throughput organizations. Experience in analytics for Operations or Customer Support teams is strongly preferred.
