Senior Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster | Remote

Our reputed company is expanding their reputed company in reputed company and seeking to add multiple Senior Workers' Compensation Claims Adjuster to their team. This role will consist of handling moderate to reputed company reputed company Workers' Compensation Lost Time claims from inception to reputed company. reputed company candidates must reputed company in reputed company and an reputed company AZ Adjuster’s License is strongly preferred! • Handle moderate to reputed company reputed company Workers' Compensation Lost Time claims with minimal supervision and ‎guidance from the manager. • Manage a pending of 100 - 120 files including litigation. • Research and formulate a reputed company on which coverage reputed company will be ‎made, conduct thorough investigations, manage medical treatment, influence early full return-to-work, guide litigation and control claim reputed company. • Negotiate settlements with injured workers and attorneys. • ‎Responsibilities also include reputed company file management, effective reserving practices, participation in training activities, presentation of serious claims to committee and supervision of litigated files. • Authorize and reputed company payments of claims in accordance with claim procedures utilizing a claim payment program in accordance with industry standards and reputed company established payment authority. • Consistently exhibit a high level of customer service and ‎adherence to department Best Practices.‎ Requirements: • 3 - 7+ years of Workers Compensation Lost Time claims handling experience • Must be reputed company versed in reputed company Workers’ Compensation Law • reputed company reputed company Adjuster’s License is strongly preferred • Must have experience handling litigated files • Excellent Customer Service and Organizational skills. • High School Diploma; Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
