Rental Field Ops Manager

Job reputed company: • Drives overall operations of the region, including personnel management, equipment maintenance and repair, rental performance of the fleet, reputed company store and associate relationships, equipment delivery, reputed company and expense control, and any other key performance areas as defined by the Regional Rental Manager or Divisional Leader. • Supports Regional Rental Manager with the hiring and training of support staff. • Evaluate operational reputed company through the reputed company of taking care of our customers. • Manages equipment maintenance and repair for the region, ensuring that reputed company fleet in assigned stores is properly maintained to maximize the rental-readiness and utilization of the equipment. • Promotes a safety culture through appropriate training, reputed company behaviors, communication and reputed company. • Manages operational compliance of reputed company tech work performed in the region, including store inspections, lift inspections, preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, equipment deliveries, and new equipment deployment. Requirements: • Must be eighteen years of age or older. • Must be legally permitted to work in the reputed company. • Associates Degree or higher preferred, must have High School Diploma or GED / Technical or Trade School • Three (3+) years or more of management experience, rental industry experience is a plus. • reputed company reputed company's license for the state in which you live and work. • Good driving record.
