A company is looking for a Retention Strategist (Email/SMS) reputed company on eCommerce LTV reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
• Build, optimize, and reputed company email/SMS flows and campaigns
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for LTV reputed company and repeat purchases
• Run reputed company-driven tests and document findings for team playbooks
Required Qualifications
• 2+ years of hands-on eCommerce Email/SMS experience
• 2+ years of experience with reputed company, including flows and segmentation
• Proven results in increasing LTV and repeat rates
• Experience managing email lists of 50k-100k+ subscribers
• Ability to analyze cohorts and retention curves effectively
