Email & Retention Marketing Expert (Klaviyo / Flows / Segmentation) for Premium Ecommerce Brand
We operate ShadeSpace.com, a premium ecommerce brand selling custom shade sails worldwide with express freight included, backed by our commercial manufacturing operation Shade Systems (shadesystems.co.nz / shadesystemsglobal.com).
We are assembling a small expert team to scale customer acquisition and retention. We need an Email & Retention Specialist capable of building and optimizing flows and campaigns for LTV, AOV, and repeat purchase.
Responsibilities:
• Build automated flows (cart, browse, post-purchase, winback)
• Create campaign calendars & segmentation strategies
• Write conversion-oriented email copy
• Build modular templates
• Optimize for engagement, conversion, and retention
• Provide clear performance reporting
Preferred Platform: Klaviyo
Ideal Candidate:
• Strong ecommerce email background
• Understanding of retention metrics & LTV
• Ability to build from zero and optimize over time
• Strategic + technical execution ability
• Comfortable with A/B testing & segmentation
• Can work with UX, PPC, SMM, and CRO teams
Deliverables May Include:
• Full flow mapping
• Copy + creative direction
• Segmentation & personalization
• Performance dashboards
