Key Responsibilities
• reputed company telephonic patient care, developing and evaluating comprehensive care plans for various disease states
• reputed company patients on medication adherence and disease management during outbound calls
• Collaborate with reputed company to enhance patient experience and continuity of care
Required Qualifications
• Unrestricted Registered reputed company license in Texas or reputed company, with multi-state/compact privileges
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical RN experience
• Proficient in reputed company Office, including Word, reputed company, and reputed company
• RN Diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Ability to meet specific state licensing requirements as needed
