S/he/they will also support the product and benefit operations and product refresh strategy in collaboration with our Hilton partners. This role will blend relationship management, product management, operations, servicing, analytics, and strategy.<br><br></span></span><span><span><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></span><ul><li><span><span>Serve as a customer experience SME for the Hilton Co-brand, understanding the product benefits, how they work, and customer usage<br></span></span></li><li><span><span>Champion the customer by developing a deep understanding of who they are and how they behave to inform team servicing strategy<br></span></span></li><li><span><span>Serve as the team lead for issue management and compliance initiatives, and manage team PRSA controls</span></span></li><li><span><span>Build and manage relationship with Hilton partners, working together to troubleshoot product/benefit issues and on ways to meaningfully improve the customer experience<br></span></span></li><li><span><span>Lead and collaborate across the Servicing, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Technology organizations on initiatives to improve the customer experience and card benefits<br><br><br></span></span></li></ul><span><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></span><ul><li><span><span>2 years of work experience in a product or partner management role preferred</span></span></li><li><span><span>Demonstrated ability to assess business needs, identify solutions, and implement them seamlessly</span></span></li><li><span><span><br>Proven track record to spearhead workstreams autonomously and drive projects to completion across teams and at all levels<br></span></span></li><li><br><span><span>Strong organization, communication and project management skills<br></span></span> </li><li><span><span><br></span>Ability to b<span>uild and influence positive relationships with internal and external partners<br></span></span></li><li><span><span>Strong collaborator and team player with excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to support projects beyond immediate job scope<br></span></span></li><li><span><span>Positive attitude, flexible/proactive workstyle, and customer-first mindset<br></span></span></li><li><span><span>Passion for travel<br><br></span></span></li></ul><span>Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits<br><br></span><span>The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
