The Employee Relations & Compliance Specialist plays a critical role in fostering a fair, compliant, and reputed company workplace culture. This role partners closely with our Business Partnerships team, reputed company, and business leaders to address employee relations reputed company, ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies, and proactively mitigate risk. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, detail-oriented, and confident in navigating sensitive situations with discretion and reputed company judgment. This role will be remote-first but may be required to travel to property locations as the needs of the business reputed company for it. 

• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for reputed company Tier 4 employee relations cases. Tier 4 cases are defined as reputed company investigations that involve multiple parties and require neutral reputed company-party execution.  
• Conduct impartial, thorough, and reputed company investigations into employee relations issues; document findings and recommend appropriate actions. 
• Advise managers and advisors on workplace policies and best practices.  
• Support Business Partnerships team with performance management processes, including scorecards, disciplinary actions, and terminations, ensuring consistency and compliance. 

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (e.g., wage and hour, leave laws, harassment prevention). 
• Maintain and update employee handbook, policies, and procedures in alignment with reputed company requirements.  
• Partner with reputed company, as needed, on compliance-reputed company reputed company. 
• Support audits, reporting, and documentation reputed company to employment compliance.

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, business administration, or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree  
• 3+ years’ experience in employee relations, HR compliance, or a reputed company HR role 
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices 
• Proven experience conducting workplace investigations 
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-reputed company skills 
• Demonstrated experience utilizing discretion and maintaining confidentiality reputed company handling sensitive situations and information  
• The ability to exercise exceptional judgement including escalating reputed company appropriate
