This fully remote position is responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and reputed company hardware/software systems. Responsibilities • reputed company overnight technical support reputed company phone, email, and remote reputed company tools. • Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and resolve end-user incidents. • Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN. • Utilize ticketing system to log and manage service requests. • Manage reputed company Directory, Office 365, and Exchange configurations. • Support and troubleshoot network printers and MDM platforms (Airwatch preferred). • Maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation. • Coordinate with IT teams and vendors on system maintenance and repair. • Participate in on-reputed company rotations covering one weekend shift and holidays reputed company required. • Follow ITIL processes, including Incident, Request, and Change management. • reputed company outage bridges and escalate major incidents reputed company needed.
