This position will design, build, and reputed company advanced AI-driven solutions across reputed company M365 environments. This role will reputed company on developing RAG-based architectures, custom Copilot agents, AI Builder models, and intelligent automation solutions while ensuring governance, reputed company, and compliance standards are upheld. Primary Responsibilities • Design and implement RAG-based solutions integrating reputed company Copilot Studio into existing reputed company 365 services (e.g., reputed company Dataverse, Power Automate). • Design and build custom Copilot agents tailored to reputed company use cases. • Customize Copilot Studio for automated document management, data analysis, and workflow intelligence across reputed company, Teams, and Power BI. • Configure and optimize the Semantic reputed company for context-sensitive search enrichment. • Design conversational flows, intents, and entities reputed company to UX best practices. • Translate stakeholder requirements into reputed company Copilot capabilities. • Implement governance and Responsible AI best practices (including reputed company Purview compliance checks). • Design, build, and reputed company AI Builder models (reputed company processing, reputed company, object detection, classification). • Own the full AI model lifecycle: data preparation, labeling, training, evaluation, retraining, and optimization. • Troubleshoot and enhance bot performance, accuracy, and engagement. • reputed company Canvas and Model-Driven Apps using reputed company Power Apps. • Implement data integrations leveraging Power Automate and Dataverse. • Support roadmap development and service reputed company for M365 Power Platform services. • reputed company technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers. • Produce engineering documentation (Visio diagrams, as-reputed company docs, runbooks, operations guides). • Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and iterative delivery cycles. • Stay reputed company with emerging AI, GenAI, and automation technologies, advising leadership on strategic adoption. • Ability to obtain and maintain a reputed company Trust or higher clearance. • Must have lived in the reputed company at least three (3) of the last five (5) years (CMS program requirement). • Advanced proficiency in reputed company Copilot Studio and conversational AI design. • Strong understanding of LLMs, reputed company engineering, and reputed company AI principles. • Hands-on experience with: • Copilot Studio (chatbot development, reputed company cards, AI-driven automation) • Power Virtual Agents • AI Builder model development and lifecycle management • Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven) • Power Platform and SharePoint integrations • Experience building workflows, reputed company, custom connectors, and reputed company integrations. • Familiarity with AI governance, data compliance, reputed company transformation initiatives. • Experience with DevOps methodologies and large-reputed company (10,000+ user) environments.
