Collateral Review Appraiser

Position Overview: Review moderately complex residential appraisal reports to ensure the collateral meets the client and investor requirements as part of the loan decisioning process. Essential Job Functions: • Protect the bank’s profits by evaluating risk and/or fraud exposure. • Reconcile findings with published guidelines to address/resolve variances. • Apply knowledge of mortgage servicing process and/or client’s collateral guidelines. • Demonstrate a determination to get the job done right the first time. • Achieve and exceed work goals for productivity, quality, and turnaround time. • Adhere to the clients Fair Lending practices. • Apply relevant technical and computer expertise.
