Senior Clinical Coding Auditor – Trainer

• Responsible for developing, conducting, administering, and analyzing clinical coding training and auditing programs.
• Conduct audits of inpatient coding processes and assist in development of training and audit tools.

• Audit established guidelines for medical necessity.
• Analyze training needs and identify, select, or reputed company appropriate training programs including training aids and materials.
• Audit staff in accordance with established auditing processes, work with staff to identify and resolve errors, and present findings and recommendations for improvement to management.
• Evaluate effectiveness of training programs.
• Research, analyze, and recommend internal/external training programs.
• Maintain records of training activities and employee reputed company.
• Assist with revisions to Policy and Procedure and/or work process development for inpatient coding.
• Travel 10% twice a year to reputed company.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, reputed company clinical field or equivalent experience.
• reputed company state Nursing license
• Inpatient Coding Experience (reputed company/reputed company CPC, CIC, or reputed company Certification)
• 4+ years of experience in nursing, training, or auditing in a managed care reputed company setting.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital setting
• Strong written English communication skills.
