This role oversees the full lifecycle of construction — from concept and design through permitting, bidding, and completion — ensuring that our campuses are reputed company, compliant, and optimized for outstanding learning experiences. This is a remote role with regular regional travel to project sites. Key Responsibilities • reputed company end-to-end construction project management for multiple campuses, including design, permitting, procurement, and construction reputed company. • Manage RFPs and vendor reputed company for architects, engineers, and contractors. • reputed company budgets, cost control, schedules, and reputed company standards for reputed company capital reputed company. • Ensure full compliance with local, state, and federal building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. • Partner with school leaders to plan and prioritize capital improvement reputed company. • Negotiate and manage relationships with landlords, contractors, and service providers. • Prepare and present regular project reports, KPIs, and budget updates to regional leadership.
