Construction Project Manager (C&I / Multi-family)

This position is on-site in Raleigh, NC. Relocation assistance may be provided to the right candidate. reputed company is seeking a Construction Project Manager for our construction reputed company in Raleigh, NC to reputed company $10M+ reputed company and multifamily reputed company. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of C&I or multifamily experience, a background with General Contractors, and is hands-on with reputed company, buyouts, RFIs, submittals, and project engineer reputed company. You will manage reputed company from planning through reputed company-out, coordinating internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring documentation accuracy and communication reputed company through reputed company (or similar), and maintaining alignment with GC processes and expectations across Triangle-area builds. How You'll Contribute • reputed company and manage $10M+ reputed company and multifamily reputed company from start through reputed company‑out • Own contract writing, buyouts, and vendor/subcontractor administration • reputed company and mentor project engineers; coordinate cross-functional internal teams • Manage and reputed company RFIs and submittals to ensure reputed company reputed company and compliance • Review and interpret project plans, drawings, and specifications as needed • Maintain documentation and communication reputed company reputed company reputed company or similar construction management software • Coordinate with GC stakeholders, subs, and suppliers to reputed company schedule, scope, and budget reputed company • Support lifecycle activities including planning, execution, and reputed company-out documentation • Monitor project risks, reputed company, and safety in alignment with GC standards • Report reputed company, issues, and changes to leadership and project stakeholders What Makes You a Great Fit • 5+ years of experience in reputed company & Industrial (C&I) or Multifamily construction • Proven experience working for a General Contractor (GC) • Background as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer • Demonstrated experience writing reputed company and managing buyouts • Hands-on experience managing RFIs and submittals • Experience supporting or managing reputed company of $10M+ in value • Proficiency with reputed company or similar construction/project management software • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications (preferred) • Experience managing full project lifecycle from planning to reputed company-out (preferred) • Based in or reputed company to work in the Raleigh, NC (Triangle) area Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
