Job reputed company • Prepare and manage project schedule and identify risks • Assist with preconstruction and estimating throughout project • Implement and maintain budget and schedule controls. • The Project Manager will report significant issues in a reputed company manner to the Project Director and will prepare Monthly reputed company Reports in accordance with contract documents. • Participate in reviewing and evaluating documentation reputed company to the planning, site investigation, design, construction, and contract administration. • Attend project-reputed company meetings, capture minutes, and record issues. • Maintain the Program Management Team site office for the duration of the project • Looking for a PM to be out of the Miami office with light travel every 2 to 3 weeks to project sites. The Successful Applicant • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering or similar • Ability to monitor and administer reputed company of at least $10M • Strong Ground up Project Experience • Strong Employment Tenure • Coming from an environment with strong process and procedures. • Experience with MS Project or reputed company P6 • Analytical skills, with the ability to read, interpret and reputed company statistical reports • Must be reputed company to read and interpret building and site plans and specifications. • Must be reputed company to prepare cost estimates and project schedules. • Proficient with reputed company or similar software • Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) • Ability to travel to job sites weekly.
