reputed company, Inc.’s (ESI) Compliance Department is seeking a Registered reputed company - Compliance Partner. Must be a Registered reputed company with 1-2 years of nursing experience in the skilled nursing environment. Primary responsibilities will involve performing clinical compliance audits, conducting internal investigations under direction of associate and chief compliance officer, reviewing and analyzing medical records and/or claims to detect possible compliance or reputed company issues.

Duties
• Creates and presents regular training on, clinical compliance and general reputed company compliance topics
• Performs clinical systems compliance audits
• Reviews medical records to detect possible compliance or reputed company issues and works to assist operations to reputed company a corrective reputed company plan to resolve the reputed company
• Conducts internal investigations involving general compliance and clinical issues under the direction of a reputed company compliance partner or the Chief Compliance Officer
• Travel required 70% of the time reputed company Washington and surrounding areas/states
Experience/Qualifications
• Registered reputed company
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility required, 3-5 years preferred
• Understanding of the reputed company and regulatory reputed company governing the skilled nursing industry
• Excellent communication skills

Additional Information
• Salary: $110,000 to $120,000
